She is an expert at tailoring the best mortgage program to suit her client’s needs and integrating the mortgage into her client’s long and short-term financial goals. She started in the mortgage business back in 1988 as a loan processor, and from 1988 to 1993 worked in a variety of roles as an underwriter and office manager. Since deciding to originate home loans full time, she has consistently been among the top producing loan officers in her region, along with managing a highly motivated and dedicated team.

In the last three years Ann has traveled the country in a quest to be the best mortgage planner in her market.  She has met the top mortgage planners in the country, and has integrated their business practices into her business module to better serve her clients and referral partners. Her professional designations include, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Certified Mortgage Planner, and she is a member of TEAM "The Equity Alliance Matrix".
